Live the life

Well, we all keep lamenting that we have a hectic life with work schedules, family to care of  and chores to attend to and fail to realise we have to embrace precious moments in this one time living. Some people are brave enough to choose the path less traveled and live to the fullest but for others this writing would help you find a way out and pause the life and get up to an exciting one.
Start by creating a bucket list. Those moments you missed out or wished you could relive. Jot it down. And start checking things off, experience as much of this world as you can.
Live for others. We are social beings who be social for their own existence. Be compassionate to others. Pet your animal. Take care of your children and support your elderly. Sharing love for others is learning.
In this social media orientated generation all approvals from social media via likes shares are the only emotions people have. They are incapable to deal with the real life instances and fail to act humanistic in situations where they have to.
Don't live by expectations of others. Every one is unique. You don't have to set back your progress of life for the societal acceptance. Take your life decisions boldly and when you are ready for it.
Don't be jealous. Jealousy is a destructive emotion. Be a positive person. There is always a negative outcome for your negative thoughts.
Overcome fear. Fear is the most devastating situation one come across. Conquering fear and been brave enough is one skill one should prioritize.
Don't gossip. Each gossip will boomerang on us overtime.
Change things. You see things turning turmoil show leadership and cause a change, improve the plight, stand up for it.
Take care of body and mind. Overcome laziness, busy yourself with activities that can enrich your mind and body. Constantly work on improving yourself. Find time for things that make you happy. Put on a smile everyday. Block out haters and accept only constructive criticism.
Life is too short, blend in and cherish it.

Corona and mental impacts

Corona pandemic has been a tough time for many of us. Little did we know when whole country geared for hopeful new year and Chinese new year was called off with no celebration that this was parched to a bonfire. It is important to watch out for the cues and extend help to dear ones for which I decide to write on it.
Stress- with the risk of unemployment, layoffs and the needy was slashed to poverty. The daily wage workers has no food to feed their children. The businesses were back lashed. The debts and loans made people liable to mental pain.
Depression- the isolation has driven escalating nervousness among people. Well we can recall lockdown days crying with mood swings. Learn new simple daily physical exercises to perform at home which will help to keep active and reduce boredom. Avoid using unhelpful coping strategies such as tobacco, alcohol or other drugs. These can worsen mental and physical well being.
Fear of being diseased- this is one kind of factor prevalent in regions under most Corona cases and deaths. Protect yourself and be supportive to others. Adopt health and sanitizing practices. Take care of health and immunity.
Fear is normal reaction in situation of uncertainty. Don't let this fear be expressed in ways which are hurtful to others.

Woshy mushy rains

Didn't we all have a childhood drenching in the pitter patter raindrops in the thor of thunders. Rains have form a inseparable good vibes in all of our lives.Rains brings out the tropical beauty of our country. Farmers subsist on good rains for good cropping.
It was not always the good phase of rains we had.The continuous, unpredictable  downpours  made us all liable  to girth of pains.Dam shutters thrashed with gallons of water. The oceanic fauna lost its home  gulping and capsizing manmade structure. The dislocated were enamoured of relief camps  and social help. Others ignorant of their plight connives at mushy floods.

Amigo

The wind that gushed in
Disturbing the blinds
Left me reminiscent
Taking me back to those days
Which I wished persisted

I was cold and still
Not knowing what was happening around
In numb silence
The world around me was happening I was paused

To the friend that left me
I always wished u stayed for me
U were my world ,my everything
U made my days magical
U guided me as guardian angel
As friendship we have is rare to find
I embraced u
U were the best kind of people kind and warm
one who was always there and didn't mind
One who support with strength and grace

I wrath the world that separated us
But u have a space in my heart forever
